Hello im here to tell you how I lost weight and a few weight losing tips that will help you on your goal. You need to count calories, and exercise. Its that plain and simple. You can lose weight without the exercise but it takes a lot longer and you will be hungry. Here is a tip when i exercise my hunger stops so try that next time you get hungry, but it must be a full workout. Counting calories can be tricky but its essential. Just over estimate.         Odd weight loss? Or am I overreacting?

        Well I’m almost 12 and a half, like 1 month away from being it, and today I noticed something reallly weird. When I was getting dressed (i try on likem 3 different outfits in the morning) all of my pants seemed a little big around the waist and baggy in the legs. My shirts seemed baggy, too. I dont have a diet and I dont do any sports, the most sporty thing I do is play on the kinect and play wii fit and such alot. I’m not a terrible unhealthy eater, but I do like junkfood and I generally have a lot of fruits and vegtables. I weigh 115 pounds, and It’s not like a massive change in my weight… just like tenths of a pound lighter one day then the next like back to were it waws or a bit heavier. I am 5′3 and I dont get my period so I know its not related to that….

        But when I woke up my hips and ankles KILLED, like reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllly hurt, I almost died of pain, and they felt like that the rest of the say. And I guess that my shirts were kinda short and my pant legs were a bit short too

        Is this just growing or is this something I shouhld be conserned about? Thanks
